Use the infromation

We will only use nominative information to :

  • improve our ability to serve you when you request information or make a request;
  • contact you when you have requested us to do so;
  • market our products and services;
  • process an order if online ordering is available.

If you provide us with credit card information, we use this information to obtain payment for your orders. When you purchase products from us on this website, your credit card details are protected by encryption technologies from specialist companies we contract with.

Our customer data is stored for billing, newsletter and sales purposes.

Our services and data handling

All data in our systems will be handled in accordance with the client's instructions as described in our current and updated RGPD data processing agreements.

We use encryption to protect data when it is transferred and stored. This is kept on encrypted disks.

Personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.

In agreement with the client, we may extend the period* of data retention in order to verify the completeness of the transfer.
